Most network closets we open tell the same story: an unmanaged switch that can’t say what’s plugged into it, a phone that drops calls because the PoE can’t keep up, a mystery loop that takes the whole office down every few weeks, and a tangle of unlabeled cables people steer clear of. Everything “works” — until one bad port takes half the desks with it.

The goal is switching you never think about: every port labeled, PoE that keeps phones and cameras powered, traffic separated so it stays where it belongs, and a record of the whole thing so the next change doesn’t feel like defusing a bomb. We size to your actual load — no overbuying.

Platforms and environments
We work with managed PoE switches — commonly UniFi, which pairs naturally with the access points and cameras they power — and configure VLANs, uplinks, and PoE for small offices, retail spaces, professional practices, and homes where the network has outgrown consumer gear.
Frequently asked questions
Do we really need managed switches?
If you have phones, cameras, or more than a handful of devices, yes. An unmanaged switch can’t separate traffic, prioritize voice, or tell you what’s plugged in — which is why troubleshooting one starts from zero.
Can you work with the switches we already have?
Often. If the hardware is healthy and managed, we reconfigure it, label it, and document it. If it’s unmanaged, underpowered, or end-of-life, we’ll tell you — and size the replacement to your actual needs, not a catalog.
Will this require downtime?
We plan the swap around your team — usually after hours or in stages, so desks stay online. Most of the prep happens before we ever touch the closet.
The experience behind it
We have built and cleaned up switching backbones — VLANs, PoE, uplinks — for offices and studios where the network has to hold up under real load. You work directly with the specialist sizing your switches, not a call center reading from a script.
