How A & G works

Discover / Assess / Improve
  • Understand what the business needs from technology
  • Design and deploy the right improvements
  • Manage, document, and improve the environment over time

The dead zone is always where it matters most — the conference room during a client call, the register at the front of the store, the desk in the corner where your best salesperson sits. Most offices do not have one Wi-Fi problem; they have a stack of small ones: an access point placed by whoever installed it first, a guest network with no separation, a channel plan that was never finished.

The goal is Wi-Fi your staff stops thinking about: coverage everywhere people work, video calls that hold, guests on their own network, and a system that stays healthy because someone is watching it. We design it for your space and the way your people move through it, then we stay until it is right.

What this service includes

  • Wi-Fi assessment and coverage planning for your actual space
  • UniFi access point design, placement, and optimization
  • Secure, separate staff and guest networks
  • Troubleshooting for roaming, interference, speed, and stability
  • Optional internet-circuit sourcing, 24/7 monitoring, and carrier escalation — one team owning the whole path

Platforms and environments

UniFi Wi-Fi platforms, plus the firewalls, switches, and cabling behind them. Business Wi-Fi is a system, not a box — and we engineer the whole thing, for offices, retail and hospitality spaces, and professional firms.

How it works

  • Quick triage call to understand what is getting in the way
  • Remote review or onsite assessment when the space matters
  • Prioritized plan — immediate fixes plus longer-term improvements
  • Implementation with testing, documentation, and follow-up

Frequently asked questions

Can’t we just add another access point?

Sometimes that is the answer — but an extra access point on a bad channel plan or the wrong VLAN usually adds interference instead of coverage. We survey first, then decide.

Will this work with our existing equipment?

Often, yes. We tune and reconfigure what is salvageable and replace only what is failing or undersized. We do not sell boxes to hit a quota.

Do you handle the internet circuit too?

Yes. We can source the circuit, monitor it around the clock, and deal with the carrier when it degrades — so one team owns the entire path your Wi-Fi rides on.

The experience behind it

Our Wi-Fi designs come from decades of network engineering — roaming, load balancing, and coverage planning proven in demanding, high-density environments. You work directly with a 25-year specialist — the person who answers the phone is the person who fixes the network.

Ready for Wi-Fi that just works? Book online for a Wi-Fi assessment — or call and describe the dead zone; we have probably seen it before.

Quick answers

Questions clients ask about this service.

Can you fix dead zones without rewiring the whole office?

Often, yes. Many coverage problems come down to access point placement, interference, or configuration. Cabling is added only where measurements show it is genuinely needed.

Do you work with the Wi-Fi equipment we already have?

Yes. A&G is vendor-aware rather than tied to one brand, and regularly works with Ubiquiti UniFi, Cisco, Netgear, HPE Aruba, and similar systems. Existing gear is kept when it still makes sense.

How disruptive is a Wi-Fi upgrade?

Most work is staged so the existing network keeps running until the new setup is tested. Cutovers are planned around your business hours, not the installer's convenience.
